About the Role
  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to resolve customer queries and complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will be essential in managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Process Management: Manage customer orders, track backlogs, process returns, and resolve discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner.
  3. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their concerns and providing solutions that meet their needs.
