The Commercial Growth Strategist will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships, identifying opportunities to accelerate technology adoption and innovation, and fostering a healthy partner ecosystem within the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team at Microsoft.

With extensive experience in leadership and talent development, proven expertise in partner management, and a deep understanding of sales performance metrics, this individual will lead the implementation of the FY24 GPS strategy, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives and targets.

Key responsibilities include executing the FY24 GPS strategy, delivering impact and cloud solution area capability through partners, driving co-sell performance through partner collaboration, and accelerating tech innovation and adoption by partnering with regional resources and teams.

This leader will also represent area partners to the Microsoft organization, serving as the key liaison between the company and its partners, advocating for their success within the organization.
