We are seeking an IT Quality Leader to join our team, responsible for ensuring the organization's internal control system (ICS) over financial reporting meets necessary standards and sufficiently covers risks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • SOC Report Processing: Process SOC reports from suppliers, ensuring completeness and accuracy based on a checklist.
  • Issue Identification: Summarize key issues and findings from SOC reports, identifying areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
  • Remediation Coordination: Collaborate with system owners to track and manage remediation activities based on SOC report findings.
  • Audit Support: Engage with audit teams and stakeholders to address queries or requests related to audit scoping and remediation activities.
  • Process Documentation: Deliver process and control information for audit scoping to auditors, ensuring comprehensive coverage of relevant areas.
  • GISC Implementation: Implement GISC compliance for IT systems in GISC scope and guide Product Owners through the process.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Maintain Global GISC Sharepoint / Teams Channel / Viva Engage Channel and publish all available Governance and Guidance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical, Pharmaceutical, Natural Science, or IT.
  • Professional experience (3-5 years) in Quality, Governance and Risk Management, or Financial Accounting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience in using digital collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage).
