We're seeking an accomplished Specialist Recruitment Team Manager to spearhead our efforts in the automotive sector. Your role will be pivotal in driving excellence in recruitment services and exceeding client expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching and inspiring your team to achieve exceptional results, with regular performance reviews and quality checks.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to team members, including sourcing, screening/selecting candidates and client engagement.
  • Supporting the setup of new recruitment services, creating measures and metrics to set teams up for success.
  • Overseeing daily work distribution within your team to ensure timely, cost-effective, and accurate completion of recruitment processes.
  • Closely collaborating with Recruitment Operations Managers, Account Directors, and other internal stakeholders.

As a trusted advisor, you'll champion our People and Learning & Development initiatives, working closely with our HR team to communicate HR policies and procedures consistently to your team.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and working in specialized recruitment environments.
  • Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
  • A deep understanding of quality assurance and providing constructive feedback to individual team members.
  • Experience tracking and reporting on performance, with expertise in planning/delivering complex tasks under challenging deadlines.
