Network Engineering Opportunity

Poznań, Poland

We are seeking a skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our Global BIT Infrastructure team. This role will involve managing and building our global corporate network in 10 countries where OLX is present.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity across locations.
  • Security management of IT services and systems to safeguard against potential threats.
  • Identification and troubleshooting of network problems, including WiFi and VPN issues.
  • Network monitoring and analysis to identify potential security risks and respond accordingly.
  • Participation in change management processes for network infrastructure and applications, assessing the impact on security standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with security standards across all network devices and tools.
  • Documenting and supporting ongoing projects.
  • Participating in on-call rotations (on-call duty).

What We Expect from You:

  • Experience with enterprise office network setups, preferably with Meraki and Cisco stack.
  • Proficiency in administering network/security systems based on Network devices (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, APs).
  • Demonstrated experience with AWS networking capabilities is a plus.
  • You should be a great teammate who is hardworking, learns quickly, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • You must enjoy solving problems at scale and have experience creating a robust mixed environment with a seamless user experience.
  • Understanding of source code repositories and CI/CD tools like Gitlab or GitHub or Jenkins is desirable.
  • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Salt, and/or Chef is a plus.
  • Knowledge of English at a level that allows free conversation.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
