The Head of Sales Poland and Automation Business position plays a crucial role in driving the success of ABB's Process Automation Business in Poland. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets. Your primary focus will be on the Instrumentation Division, where you will work closely with customers and partners to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in the automation business, with a minimum of five years of experience running front-end marketing and sales operations with P&L responsibility. You will also need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team. Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken, is also essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an effective sales strategy for the Instrumentation Division
- Set and execute sales plans to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Lead, develop, and coach the sales organization to exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Strong background in the automation business, with in-depth knowledge of the local market
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken
