Daily Responsibilities

  1. Case Management: Work with the team to prioritize tasks according to business needs, ensuring efficient workflow.
  2. Transaction Processing: Complete tasks in accordance with desktop procedures and local policy, maintaining the highest standard of quality.
  3. Productivity and Quality Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for productivity, quality, and customer experience, driving efficiency and productivity.
  4. Queue Management: Participate in daily Go meetings to ensure the team stays on track with queue management.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Focus on improving processes, working with the TE Operating Advantage model to drive efficiency and productivity.
  6. Error Prevention: Adhere to the quality monitoring process to prevent processing errors, engaging with quality feedback and participating in corrective action plans.
  7. Presentation: Peer review team work to prevent errors across the team, gaining a deep understanding of the customer base.

Your Background

  • Educated to degree level, emphasizing HR or Business, or related discipline.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • At least 2 years' experience in HR, Customer Service, or Operations.
  • Strong professional and HR operational knowledge.
  • Team player with passion for fast-paced Global HR team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills: communicates impact, motivates others, builds support, establishes trust.
  • Delivers results, meets customer needs, manages execution in high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English and very good in German.
  • Proficient computer skills - good knowledge of MS Office package.
