About the Role
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders to identify People Analytics needs and opportunities.
  • Lead on RCA, reporting, and insights provisions to inform business decisions and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure required reporting is scoped and data standards are clearly defined.
  • Promote adoption of People Analytics reporting, increasing user confidence and value derived from existing reporting.
Your Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver insights and MI packs with Insights Leads to enable regular insights offerings.
  • Analyse HR and workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Enhance Reckitt's reporting capabilities by identifying and trialling new technologies and ways of working to improve the reporting offering.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other departments to align analytics initiatives with strategic business goals.
The Experience We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a related role, preferably in a global organisation.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
