Key Responsibilities:


  • Support end-users remotely with troubleshooting, using computer, IT devices, and software for an assigned area of competence
  • Capture incidents, provide 1st-level contact, and convey resolutions to customer issues
  • Walk customers through problem-solving processes, track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support according to the IT incident management process
  • Update tickets, produce activity reports, and ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure

Qualifications:


  • Written and spoken English (B2), German would be beneficial
  • Experience in 1st/2nd-level support
  • IT generalist with an understanding of IT processes and infrastructure
  • Solution-oriented working approach
  • Experience with ServiceNow (ticket/task processing)
  • Power BI knowledge
  • SQL Reporting Service knowledge
  • Knowledge of common office tools
  • Ideal: Experience with agile working methods
  • Ideal: Project experience
