The Accounts Receivable Senior Specialist will be responsible for the entire invoice to cash process, including disputing invoices and resolving claims.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of SAP and experience in generating reports, as well as a problem-solving attitude and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to all emails/phone queries related to disputed invoice/claims.
  2. Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to internal & external partners' inquiries.
  3. Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure correct customer balances.
  4. Analyze disputes/deductions in ERP.
  5. Follow-up with various departments to resolve disputes/deductions.
  6. Resolve issues/disputes to expedite all cases.
  7. Highlight opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum years of experience in Accounts receivable.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Effective communication in Arabic & English.
  • Previous experience in Automotive manufacturing/distribution.
