Bolt Business is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Business Sales to lead our sales efforts in the Enterprise segment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales executives, and identifying new business opportunities.

About the Job

You'll be the player-coach, leading the team, driving sales in the market, and closing opportunities in the Enterprise/Tier 1 segment. To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading a team of Sales Executives, helping them achieve their individual goals.
  2. Negotiating and closing bigger deals, showing how it's done by leading the line for your market working on Tier 0 and Tier 1 deals.
  3. Managing your own sales pipeline, building a pipeline of the biggest companies and opportunities.
  4. Working closely and giving market feedback together with the Senior Country Sales Manager to our product team regarding Bolt Business solutions.
  5. Monitoring our competition and spotting shifts, opportunities, and changes.
