B2B Business Development Leader

Bolt Business is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Business Sales to lead our sales efforts in the Enterprise segment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales executives, and identifying new business opportunities.
About the JobYou'll be the player-coach, leading the team, driving sales in the market, and closing opportunities in the Enterprise/Tier 1 segment. To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of Sales Executives, helping them achieve their individual goals.
- Negotiating and closing bigger deals, showing how it's done by leading the line for your market working on Tier 0 and Tier 1 deals.
- Managing your own sales pipeline, building a pipeline of the biggest companies and opportunities.
- Working closely and giving market feedback together with the Senior Country Sales Manager to our product team regarding Bolt Business solutions.
- Monitoring our competition and spotting shifts, opportunities, and changes.
