As a Process Expert, you will play a crucial role in finance operations, working with client data and binders/slips to ensure efficient and accurate processing.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Conduct quality audits to evaluate tasks performed by processing teams and identify areas for improvement.

  2. Investigate audit findings and client feedback to determine underlying issues and implement corrective actions.

  3. Propose automation and process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  4. Organize training sessions, refresher courses, and mentor new hires to maintain high performance standards.

  5. Manage process-related errors and ensure effective resolution to minimize business impact.

  6. Oversee work allocation, maintain accurate records, and report key metrics in a timely manner.

  7. Guarantee that all operations meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to productivity, turnaround time, and accuracy.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

  • Ability to synthesize information, understand policies, and execute process improvements.

  • Familiarity with relevant tools such as MS Office, work trackers, and documentation platforms.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on quality checks, error identification, and process optimization.

  • Commitment to meeting client expectations and ensuring high levels of service delivery.

  • Capability to prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met in a structured and organized manner.
