Job Description

As a Business Process Consultant RTR Expert, you will support the E2E Stream Lead in proactively managing the respective E2E process. This includes validating process designs, ensuring standard processes and HEPM alignment, and translating process standards into ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining and governing global templates
  • Proposing redesigns of existing processes based on improvement opportunities and prioritization of identified solutions
  • Creating and/or updating procedures and manuals detailing processes and serving as a basis for work execution
  • Facilitating process derogation and change requests
  • Introducing and rolling out new functionalities and understanding implications on current processes and business
  • Guiding OpCos in scope to follow standard processes
  • Ensuring process changes are modeled/updated in HEPM
  • Evaluating impact of new capabilities on the current global template
  • Setting up and maintaining regular contact with Reference Groups to assess process improvement potential
  • Managing major organizational projects involving process improvement efforts within scope
  • Proposing measurable PPI definitions and calculations
  • Advising on PPI change requests
  • Working with D&T to implement PPIs in automated process performance dashboards for relevant ERP platforms
  • Driving CI in PPI measurement
  • Regularly reviewing PPIs to identify potential process improvement areas

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role or complex international environment/FMCG industry
  • Fluent English
  • Business process design and modeling techniques and tools
  • Capability to work in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong communication skills to explain complicated subjects in clear and simple language
  • Consultancy skills, being critical when needed
  • Understanding interaction between business processes and technology
