Job Title: Business Process Consultant RTR Expert

You will be responsible for defining and governing global templates, proposing redesigns of existing processes, creating procedures and manuals, facilitating process derogation and change requests, introducing and rolling out new functionalities, guiding OpCos in scope, and ensuring process changes are modeled/updated in HEPM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting E2E Stream Lead in proactively managing the respective E2E process
  • Validating process designs and ensuring standard processes and HEPM alignment
  • Translating process standards into ERP solutions
  • Proposing redesigns of existing processes based on improvement opportunities and prioritization of identified solutions
  • Creating and/or updating procedures and manuals detailing processes and serving as a basis for work execution
  • Facilitating process derogation and change requests
  • Introducing and rolling out new functionalities and understanding implications on current processes and business
  • Guiding OpCos in scope to follow standard processes
  • Ensuring process changes are modeled/updated in HEPM
