Job Overview

As a Global HRIS Project Manager at DSV, you will be responsible for the end-to-end project management and rollout of HRIS projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where technology and human resources come together to shape the future of our HR tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage selected projects, including their risks and deadlines, to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with HR and other business stakeholders to gather business requirements for implementation in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Implement new functionality by improving existing processes or introducing system support for new processes.
  • Manage the full end-to-end implementation, test phases, and training as required.
  • Mainly focus on SAP SuccessFactors from a systems perspective.
  • Work with Local HR teams and Global IT organization as main stakeholders, and occasionally with external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with data collection, use, and storage regulations, as well as adherence to established governance and policies.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, human resource management, information systems, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR concepts and systems, with at least two years of experience in HR-related systems administration, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and proficiency in English (spoken & written).
