Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading strategic commercial planning by aligning promotional activities with broader business objectives;
  • Utilizing advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize promotional activities;
  • Overseeing the implementation of a modern Product Information Management (PIM) solution;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive and effective promotional strategies;
  • Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives;
  • Continuously evaluating and improving commercial planning processes;
  • Contributing to budgeting and forecasting for promotional activities;
  • Developing, monitoring, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A higher education degree (Master's preferred);
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional working experience, ideally with a mix of industry, consulting, or software house backgrounds;
  • Proven ability to manage both ongoing business operations and newly built teams;
  • Experience with modern PIM solutions and understanding of e-commerce technologies;
  • Familiarity with commercial teams focused on promotional and pricing strategies;
  • Strong business and technical acumen;
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience in cross-functional team environments;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
