Flyps Sp. z o.o., a high-tech software house, is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns aligned with client goals.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record in the software/tech industry, excellent command of English, and strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels. They will also possess experience with content creation, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing, as well as the ability to work directly with clients and manage relationships professionally.

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, 20-26 days of paid vacation, 100% remote work, flexible working time, private medical care, insurance, multisport, employee referral system, equipment and accessories tailored to your preferences (default MacBook), interesting and satisfying projects, and the opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns aligned with client goals.
  • Closely collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand product features and translate them into marketable messages.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends within the software industry.
  • Create and optimize digital content (blogs, social media posts, newsletters, etc.) to promote the client's brand and services.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
  • Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Work with design and development teams to ensure marketing assets align with brand guidelines.
  • Support clients in the development of marketing strategies to increase product awareness and adoption.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, preferably in the software/tech industry.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, channels, and best practices.
  • Experience with content creation, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to work directly with clients and manage relationships professionally.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to monitor and report on campaign performance.
