About the Role

We are seeking a talented Data-Driven Marketing Strategist to join our team in Poznan, Poland. As a key member of our Sales Automation team, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven approaches to marketing and sales across our global business.

Job Description

We are enhancing our global digital sales & marketing efforts and need a skilled professional to turn data into actionable insights and drive strategic approaches to marketing data. You will be defining how we work with data and deliver insights across functions, business areas, and geographies while delivering actionable dashboards & reports for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing track of the Customer Data Cockpit Project, leading and managing marketing analytics projects from inception to completion.
  • Analyse marketing and sales data to understand the customer journey and key areas for improvement, identifying trends and patterns to inform marketing and sales strategies.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables in close collaboration with the Product Owner (PO) of Snowflake, monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • Communicate complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align marketing and sales efforts.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in an analyst role within digital marketing or sales.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing matrices, customer behavior, and sales funnel dynamics, preferably in a B2B industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, and Excel.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis, with experience in Snowflake being beneficial but not a requirement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to articulate complex insights to diverse audiences.
