Vercom, a leading developer of global cloud communications platforms, is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to join its marketing team at MessageFlow. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry, who can effectively coordinate campaigns, experiment with new channels, and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee the part of marketing strategy your team will be responsible for, ensuring it aligns with business goals and drives measurable results.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, optimize and report on campaigns and channels performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Proven experience in organizing and managing events from concept to execution, including planning, promotion, logistics, and post-event analysis.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with our marketing goals.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
  • Coordinate the translation and localization of marketing materials to support our expansion to other markets.
  • Analyze and enhance the customer journey to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts and discover new opportunities.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

We're looking for someone with:

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SaaS products.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of website management, email marketing, PPC, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, marketing automation platforms, and A/B testing tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal skills in English (C level or native).
