We are looking for an experienced and skilled accountant to join our finance team at Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. As a Senior Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work in either the OTC (Order to Cash) or PTP (Procure to Pay) processes, depending on your experience and career aspirations.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing internal control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
- Managing structured transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established processes;
- Identifying and resolving errors in financial data, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting;
- Analyzing processes and suggesting improvements, contributing to a more efficient and effective finance function;
- Collaborating with team leaders, managers, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication;
- Mentoring junior staff by providing guidance and support as they develop their skills;
- Participating in various projects, contributing to the development and implementation of new initiatives;
- Maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations to ensure ethical and compliant financial practices;
- Contributing to internal and external audit activities, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining high standards of financial control;
- Leading month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting;
- Resolving discrepancies between invoices received and goods received;
