At Jitterbit, we're seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to join our team. As an Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing our Jitterbit solution for customers, ensuring a highly satisfactory client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing Jitterbit solutions for customers
- Developing and managing project plans and project artifacts
- Coordinating project meetings and setting expectations across project stakeholders
- Escalating identified issues to the appropriate stakeholders and managing issues to resolution
- Actively communicating project status, including project percentage completed and burn rate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline, plus 2 years of related professional experience
- 2+ years of client-facing technical solution delivery and implementation experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with one or more Enterprise Integration platforms, such as Jitterbit, Informatica, Cast Iron/IBM, TIBCO, Mulesoft, Talend, Dell Boomi, Snaplogic
- Experience with common relational database technologies, such as SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQLServer, etc.
- Familiarity with one or more leading SaaS solutions, such as Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Workday, etc.
- Familiarity with common web connectivity and integration standards/protocols, such as XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, ODBC/JDBC, etc.
- English C1/C2 proficiency, verbal and written
