Job Description

As a Digital Manager at L'Oréal, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy that drives sales and engagement across various channels. This includes:

  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of the local market, including media trends, influencer marketing, and e-commerce opportunities;
  • Acting as a digital advocate, driving customer-centric approaches to media planning and enhancing e-marketing capabilities;
  • Collaborating with partners to co-develop and implement a robust digital strategy, encompassing paid, owned, and earned media;
  • Taking ownership of coordinating the e-commerce activation roadmap, ensuring alignment with categories, brands, customers, and channels;
  • Formulating and executing data-driven e-commerce activation strategies, creating top-notch content in collaboration with stakeholders, while managing rating and reviews sourcing;
  • Strategically planning and overseeing performance-driven e-commerce media activities, including retail media and performance-based models like CPS (Cost Per Sale) and CPL (Cost Per Lead);
  • Devising and managing lead acquisition campaigns to support the growth of L'Oreal Luxe;
  • Overseeing the e-commerce content creation process, actively collaborating with agencies to develop best-in-class content for e-commerce purposes.

  • A strategic mindset and ability to engage in hands-on work when necessary;
  • Expertise in digital media and e-commerce, with a solid understanding of business needs and digital landscape touchpoints;

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the digital landscape, including influencer marketing, consumer engagement across multiple channels, and ability to navigate and leverage these areas effectively;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for presenting ideas and strategies in a visually impactful manner.
