Salary

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

As a Network Infrastructure Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our computer network systems. This includes ensuring stable and problem-free operation, data confidentiality, integrity, and availability while applying appropriate organizational solutions.

You will also be responsible for managing the work of a subordinate network team, planning, organizing, executing, controlling, training, and motivating them to achieve their goals.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with other IT service centers across the SEBN group to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network infrastructure design, development, and maintenance;
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to think analytically, solve problems, and make decisions in a dynamic environment;
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN/WiFi technologies, VPN, Cisco-based solutions (routing/switching), NG Firewall systems - Fortinet/Sophos UTM;
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
  • Certifications in relevant areas (optional).
