Role and Responsibilities

Marketing Professional

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of ATL and BTL marketing strategies in accordance with the company's brand strategy for effective Integrated Marketing Communication.
  • Collaborate with agencies to deliver clear briefings, resulting in ideas that align with the communication strategy and desired output.
  • Contribute to the setting of multi-dimensional execution strategies for ATL and BTL marketing activities across various touch points.
  • Analyze the impact of communication through before and after consumer research.
  • Create local or evolve HQ strategies for communication.
  • Understand external and internal trends to derive useful insights for addressing them.
  • Develop a basic understanding of media buying and cooperate with media houses.

Expectations:

  • Develop professional expertise by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work on problems of moderate scope, analyzing situations or data requires reviewing various factors.
  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Normally receive general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
  • Generally require a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience.
  • Fluent English.
