Job Title: Senior Large Language Model Engineer

Square One Resources sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Large Language Model Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying large language models (LLMs) to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop LLM-based solutions using various tools and technologies, including AWS SageMaker, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
  • Fine-tune LLM models to meet specific business requirements and optimize their performance.
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines and deployment pipelines for LLM-based applications.
  • Integrate clinical, non-clinical, and external real-world data from various sources.
  • Work with ML/AI tools and implement MLOps solutions using tools like Kubeflow.
  • Create scripts and automate processes using tools like Git, Bash, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Develop scalable applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Implement Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
Requirements:
  • Experience with LLM applications development, particularly agentic design and tool utilization.
  • Experience in building data pipelines and deployment pipelines for LLM applications.
  • Recent experience with ML/AI toolkits, such as AWS SageMaker, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
  • Experience with MLOps technologies, including Sagemaker, Vertex AI, and Kubeflow.
  • Experience with cloud solutions, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as Docker.
  • Proven scripting and automation skills.
  • Good knowledge of Git, Bash, Linux, CI/CD tools, software lifecycle, RDB, and visualization tools.
  • Programming languages: Python and R.
  • Test-driven development and good coding practices.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Customer and delivery focus.
  • Ability to work effectively with team members and virtual teams from different locations and cultural backgrounds.
