The Strategic Program Managers team ensures the effective execution of ENTERPRISE's strategy by implementing high-level governance, overseeing the governance of all strategic programs within Worldline's MS-ENTERPRISE entity.

As a Program Strategy Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing strategic programs, collaborating with stakeholders, establishing governance structures, and steering programs towards successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with exec-level stakeholders to develop and refine program objectives and goals.
  2. Program Governance: Establish proper governance structures, frameworks, and processes.
  3. Reporting & Communication: Propose program status reports and top-level summaries.
  4. Program Steering: Prepare and host steering committees at various levels, including Program Committee and business committees.

A highly skilled Program Strategy Lead with a proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional programs is required. Strong analytical skills are essential, as the role involves distilling complex program details into clear updates for executives and teams.
