We are seeking a highly skilled Workday and Service Now Professional to join our team in Gdańsk, Poland. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch employee services and supporting our employees throughout their entire lifecycle.
This includes tasks such as payroll support, time and attendance management, hire and separation processes, job changes, and working hour adjustments. You will maintain accurate data quality in our HR systems, run reports from Workday and time and attendance systems, and participate in global and local HR projects.
Your Responsibilities
As a Workday and Service Now Professional, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing employee data and ensuring accurate information is maintained.
- Running reports from Workday and time and attendance systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Providing exceptional customer service to our employees and managers.
