About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative with German-English language skills to join our team in Warsaw/Krakow. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and future customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and strategize account management and upselling opportunities;
  • Consult with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities;
  • Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team's success;
  • Problem-solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns;
  • Navigate clients to implement campaign suggestions;
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with clients by optimizing their accounts and increasing program revenue;
  • Meet personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while contributing to the team's sales targets.
Requirements
  • Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in German and English;
  • Sales aptitude and goal orientation;
  • Computer savvy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Reside in or be able to relocate to Warsaw or Krakow.
What We Offer
  • Base wage of 10,000 PLN plus quarterly performance-based commission;
  • Relocation package: 2,000 PLN net;
