As a Digital Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for servicing, enhancing, and building relationships with current and future customers. You'll work effectively to maximize sales opportunities, analyze and strategize account management, and provide professional customer service to commercial, public sector, or consumer customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and strategize account management and upsell opportunities
  • Consult with existing customers to optimize their accounts and increase program revenue
  • Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets and contribute to a larger sales team
  • Problem-solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns
  • Navigate clients to implement campaign suggestions and build strong, trusting relationships
  • Meet personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily and contribute to team sales targets

Requirements:

  • Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in Ukrainian and English
  • Sales aptitude and goal orientation
  • Computer savvy and ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Reside in or able to work in Warsaw, Poland or relocate to Krakow

What We Offer:

  • Base wage of 6500 PLN plus quarterly performance-based commission

About Your Role:

We'll train you to be a subject matter expert in your field, providing the highest level of service possible through voice, chat, or email interactions. You'll have the opportunity to make great new friends within the TTEC community and grow your career in a dynamic, family-friendly atmosphere.

You'll report to Operations Manager and contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team.
