As a Business Development Representative with Ukrainian-English in Warsaw, Poland, you will have the opportunity to create and deliver amazing customer experiences while also #ExperienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate with brand knowledge to close sales, handle objections, and rebuttals during customer interactions
  • Recommend, quote, and negotiate product knowledge with customers to close sales while identifying and handling all sale opportunities
  • Build a healthy sales pipeline to achieve main targets
  • Support customers ranging from small to medium size businesses or advertising agencies and C-Level business contacts supporting cloud-based technology
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the technology industry

Requirements:

  • Experience in prospecting, developing accounts, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Developing partnership and communicating with high-level decision makers to assess needs
  • Understanding of cloud-based software
  • Exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Ukrainian and English
  • 1+ years demonstrated sales experience

  • Base Salary of 6500 PLN (~1400 EUR) gross plus quarterly performance-based commission
