Digital Sales Representative with Czech-English Warsaw, Mazovia

As a Digital Sales Representative with Czech-English in Warsaw, Poland, you'll play a key role in creating and delivering outstanding customer experiences while also experiencing an award-winning employment experience and company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell customer accounts
- Contact existing customers in your portfolio to provide consultation and guidance
- Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets and contribute to a larger sales team increasing the Google Ads customer base
- Problem solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns and encourage them to try new marketing strategies
- Navigate clients through Google Ads to implement campaign suggestions
- Build strong and trusting relationships with clients by optimizing their accounts using analytical skills while increasing program revenue
- Meet personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while being a team-player contributing to overall team sales targets
Requirements
- Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Czech and English
- Sales aptitude
- Goal orientation
- Computer savvy
- Reside in or able to work in Warsaw, Poland
What We Offer
- Base salary: 9,000 PLN gross/month, plus quarterly performance-based commission
- Relocation package: 2,000 PLN net
- Private Luxmed medical care including dental care and eye care plan (glasses reimbursement)

- Flexible working hours and additional days of annual leave
- Partial language course reimbursement program as well as tuition program for sales courses and studies
- Transportation Allowance - up to 80 PLN net per month (for KKM public transport)
About Your Role
We'll train you to be a subject matter expert in your field, so you can provide the highest level of service possible whether through voice, chat or email interactions. We trust you already have the necessary ingredient that can't be taught – a caring and supportive nature that will shine through as you help customers. You'll also have a chance to make great new friends within the TTEC community and grow your career in a dynamic, family-friendly atmosphere.
You'll report to Operation Manager. You'll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.
