We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Dell Technologies products and achieving set quotas in the German market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uncover new business opportunities by engaging with customers and building strong relationships.
  • Achieve short- and long-term sales targets, including revenue, sales leads, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales support functions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Continuously develop your skills through technical training and soft skills development.
  • Stay informed about marketing and merchandising activities to articulate market advantages to customers.

Requirements:

  • University degree and first experience in sales-related roles.
  • Excellent German communication skills, both written and spoken. English communication skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Results-driven, strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
