About You

You should have a proven track record of managing and leading high-performing teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee the talent acquisition operations, determine current hiring needs, create forecasts, and use metrics to identify areas of improvement. You will lead, mentor, and develop your team, conduct regular one-on-one check-ins, and onboard new team members. Additionally, you will continuously assess and improve the recruitment process, implement best practices, and utilize data to drive decision-making and process optimization.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree, strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, familiarity with ATS systems, and excellent communication skills.
