At Equinix Poland Sp. z o.o., we are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Operations Expert to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise to develop familiarity with BMS systems, security access control systems, and basic data center infrastructure.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring essential systems and network elements, processing inbound alerts, and handling site maintenance and outage notifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills are required to identify and resolve or report any detected problems.
  • You will also support the fulfillment of projects with direction from Management and assist with ensuring their successful completion.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a technical field or technical background with proven expertise.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Admirable prioritization and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
