We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt and personalized support to customers across multiple channels.
  • Offering expert assistance to customers, providing accurate information and resolving complex queries effectively.
  • Maintaining high service standards by adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as product and payments teams, to ensure swift resolutions.
  • Identifying and escalating critical customer requests to managers when necessary.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or call center environments, preferably in the iGaming sector.
  2. Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
  3. Strong knowledge of customer service principles, standard practices, and procedures.
  4. Understanding of sales principles and methods.
  5. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.

  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Ability to think critically and approach challenges with a proactive mindset.
