We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at Allegro. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce or import/export relationships with Chinese companies.
- This role involves developing the GMV of a portfolio of Chinese merchants by analyzing their potential and strategic categories for growth.
- The successful candidate will work closely with merchants to identify initiatives and plans that drive their growth, deliver commercial and marketing plans for acquiring assortment from key strategic partners, and onboard, educate, negotiate, build, and maintain long-term relationships with Chinese partners.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Analyzing merchant potential and developing strategic categories for growth
- Working closely with merchants to identify initiatives and plans that drive their growth
- Delivering commercial and marketing plans for acquiring assortment from key strategic partners
- Onboarding, educating, negotiating, building, and maintaining long-term relationships with Chinese partners
- Collaborating with internal departments to optimize solutions and build comprehensive knowledge about available tools
- Presenting issues and possible solutions to clients to improve products
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce or import/export relationships with Chinese companies
- Sales and customer-oriented approach
- Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken (C1 Level minimum)
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with GSuite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A self-starter and results-focused mindset
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
