Job Description

The Employer Branding Manager plays a critical role in developing and executing our employer branding strategy to attract top talent and position Allegro as an employer of choice. You will be responsible for creating compelling content that showcases our unique culture, values, and employee value proposition.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • a strong understanding of employee engagement strategies, best practices, and employer branding techniques;
  • proven experience in employer branding or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role;
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish;
  • ability to analyze metrics and feedback to measure the impact of communications efforts;
  • experience in managing and cooperating with external suppliers;
  • strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders;
  • proficiency in working with digital communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
