Zadania:

  • Tworzenie i realizacja strategii employer brandingowej.
  • Budowanie pozytywnego wizerunku firmy wewnątrz i na zewnątrz organizacji.
  • Zarządzanie budżetem.
  • Tworzenie treści na social media i zarządzanie kanałami komunikacji firmy.
  • Współpraca z działem HR przy tworzeniu kampanii rekrutacyjnych i onboardingu.
  • Organizacja wydarzeń takich jak targi pracy, dni otwarte, czy warsztaty dla studentów i kandydatów.
  • Monitorowanie trendów w obszarze employer brandingu i proponowanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań.

Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie w obszarze employer brandingu na samodzielnym stanowisku.
  • Umiejętność tworzenia angażujących treści i prowadzenia kampanii w social mediach.
  • Doświadczenie w budowaniu marki pracodawcy, prowadzenie projektów, zarządzanie budżetami.
  • Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności wystąpień publicznych oraz komunikacji.
  • Kreatywność i zdolności organizacyjne.
  • Znajomość narzędzi analitycznych będzie dodatkowym atutem.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.
