We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager with VIM – OpenText to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining operational thresholds to be met by the supplier in line with the Group's business needs, managing, validating, and updating documentation, ensuring that documentation remains company property.
You will also be responsible for conducting monthly pickings to check the operational implementation of the processes defined in the contracts (in coordination with supplier relationship management) and implementing improvement plans (in coordination with supplier management teams) to address potential issues in service delivery.
Furthermore, you will coordinate with operational managers to ensure the availability of necessary resources for the suppliers to deliver services in compliance with the concept of support chain and end-to-end services.
Responsibilities- Define operational thresholds to be met by the supplier in line with the Group's business needs.

- Strong experience as a Delivery Manager on the application side.
- Knowledge of SAP VIM (OpenText Vendor Invoice Management)
- Strong ITIL knowledge
- ITIL certification
