The IT Support Engineer will play a crucial role in our technical operations team, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. This role involves leading large-scale technical projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives across Oviva's operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Lead technical projects and process improvements, identifying inefficiencies and implementing systematic changes to drive scalability and excellence.
  • Device & Security Management: Oversee COPE devices, ensuring robust security, comprehensive tracking, and optimized allocation through Datto.
  • Automation Leadership: Streamline employee onboarding and offboarding workflows, automating access rights and account provisioning for increased efficiency.
  • Technical Support Improvement: Manage and resolve technical support backlog, establishing effective escalation paths for OCS/OPM and app-related issues.
  • Non-Conformity Management: Own non-conformity submissions, conduct root cause analyses, and execute CAPA assessments to ensure quality standards.
  • Software License Optimization: Ensure cost-effective software license allocation and tracking to minimize waste.
  • Audit & Compliance: Contribute to ISO, quality, and cybersecurity audits across Oviva locations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of cross-functional technical projects, driving timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements
  • Tech-Savviness & Resourcefulness: Expertise in MDM tools, security best practices, and problem-solving in technical contexts.
  • Process Orientation & Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and systematically improve processes in scalable environments.
  • Effective Communication: Skilled in translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Language Skills: Good German skills are a plus, but not required.
