We are seeking a skilled AR Accountant to join our team in Warsaw. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving payments, applying cash against customer balances, and uploading bank reports into D365.
Responsibilities:
- Manage payment processing and cash application.
- Streamline invoice and payment matching using D365.
- Resolve unapplied cash receipt discrepancies with customers and banks.
- Recognize revenue for ongoing projects.
- Prepare and dispatch invoices according to deadlines.
- Issue credit notes as needed.
- Maintain customer payment cycles by ensuring timely invoice dispatch.
- Process customer debit notes.
- Settle customer advances against respective invoices.
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, along with 2+ years of experience working in accounts receivable departments across multiple geographies.
Prior experience in multinational or GBS/SSC organizations is highly desirable, as is fluency in English.
