The resource, working within the Financial Reporting team, will play a key role in supporting the evolution of financial reporting in a challenging and stimulating environment. You will help bridge the gap between finance and Business Intelligence. Our primary objective is to assist the business in making decisions based on data, with a particular emphasis on producing reports as the primary and most reliable source of information.

A team of 12 experts provides support to various departments, including marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and people experience, for both short-term and long-term projects. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, we strive to develop reports, analyses, models, and recommendations that enable us to gain a deep understanding of how we can enhance the satisfaction of both doctors and patients.

You will be an integral part of the Financial Reporting team, working closely with the Data Analytics team to support business decisions based on data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track key financial metrics and KPIs, ensuring they align with organizational goals;
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial dashboards using advanced Business Intelligence tools;
  • Provide detailed insights into financial performance, trends, and variances;
  • Provide insights for long-term strategic decisions;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related field;
  • Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights, either in commercial or academic settings;
  • Knowledge of Python/R and a desire to expand your knowledge;
  • Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics;
  • Experience in partnership with internal stakeholders;
  • Experience in leading and executing end-to-end Business Intelligence projects;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages such as German, Spanish, and Italian is a plus;
  • Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and report large volumes of financial data with speed and accuracy;
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide high-quality work efficiently;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to adapt and work in a quickly changing environment, managing competing demands;

Bonus Points:

  • Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related field;
  • Able to take a step back from the technicalities and examine them through a business lens;
  • Open to cooperating with a lot of people from many teams in different countries;
  • Like to see the instant effects of your work;
  • Knowledge of ERP finance applications (Oracle, Oracle - NetSuite, SAP);
  • Relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting;
