Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Coordinator to join our team in Gliwice, Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution and completion of internal IT infrastructure projects, working closely with global IT infrastructure teams and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal departments, providing technical support and guidance.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Communicate project status and activities to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Analysis and implementation of service demands.
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
  • Assist with project handovers to operations and service desk support.

Requirements:

  • Communicative knowledge of English (written/spoken).
  • Technical background in MDM, VDI, and Microsoft 365.
  • Microsoft Windows endpoint management (Win10/11).
  • Preferred higher education in IT.
  • Readiness to cooperate with colleagues in different time zones.
  • Self-driving strategy.
