Visionary Digital Marketing Role

Baxter is embarking on a transformative journey to separate its ~$5B Kidney Care segment into a standalone company, Vantive. As a Digital Marketing Specialist for EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy for this new entity.

At Vantive, you will be part of a dynamic community of professionals who are passionate about delivering best-in-class care to patients worldwide. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing digital marketing programs that drive engagement, inform, and motivate our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Western Europe and Cluster/Country Marketers to guide, plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing programs aligned with the overall regional strategy.
  • Implement business priorities in respective markets, discuss branding and marketing issues with country marketers, and advise on how to build strong market positions.
  • Help country marketers develop tactical digital marketing plans to generate demand and leads, and guide them in implementing country tactics.
  • Proactively identify digital marketing opportunities to promote clear prioritization and drive better business results.
  • Ongoing reporting to stakeholders on program performance, assessed against strategic and operational goals.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

  • Passionate about digital solutions and clear understanding of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.
  • Solid knowledge of the pharma (medical device) sector.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital programs that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Excellent project management and quantitative skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
