We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to strengthen our team. As an Internal Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing speedy and qualitative support for their inquiries and requests.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be the primary contact for customers regarding current affairs, including offers, back orders, and invoices.
  • You will observe customer challenges and be solution-driven, collaborating with departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • You will register and administer client information, documentation, and complaints in relevant systems.
  • You will have training opportunities and work in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • You have at least 1 or 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented job.
  • You have strong customer-oriented thinking and acting skills.
  • You are solution-driven, persistent, and have good organizational skills.
  • You are fluent in Polish and have a B2 level in English.
