Job Details

We are currently looking for a European Account Management Professional to join our customer support team in Warsaw. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring seamless communication between our clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and implementing improvements

The successful candidate will possess a BA degree, fluency in Polish and English, and at least 0.5 - 1 year experience in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
