Technical Sales Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Business Development Manager to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of IBA services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Broaden awareness of IBA Group and its services among clients and partners
  • Maintain open communication with clients, actively resolve conflicts, and escalate issues to management when necessary
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales success in IT services and products
  • Excellent knowledge of the current customer base in Poland
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and sales support roles
  • Experience in consultative selling, particularly in the areas of data engineering, applications development, and AI/ML solutions
  • Strong technical knowledge and interest in data engineering, applications development, and AI/ML solutions
  • Good networking skills and ability to maintain and leverage formal and informal communication networks
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized individual
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Fluent Polish (min. C1) and very good English (min. B1)
