About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team, responsible for bridging HR with business objectives. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with departmental leaders to enhance talent management, improve performance, and boost employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and promote training initiatives, including leadership programs and webinars, to foster continuous learning and development within the organization.

  2. Design and implement leadership development programs, assess leadership competencies, and support succession planning efforts to ensure the continued growth and success of our team.

  3. Build strong relationships with management and employees, fostering trust and collaboration to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.

  4. Guide managers on team dynamics, employee engagement, and performance improvement strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency.

  5. Support performance management cycles, providing coaching on feedback and identifying solutions for enhancing employee performance and promoting career growth.

  6. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives that align with business objectives, such as career development and internal mobility programs.

  7. Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to find the best fit for our team.

  8. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews and trial period reviews to ensure a seamless transition for new hires and departing employees.

  9. Analyze HR data, identify trends, and propose improvements to align with business objectives and drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Higher education degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology, with a strong focus on driving HR solutions and collaborating with senior leaders.

  • Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to manage complex HR initiatives and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Experience in succession planning, leadership development, and identifying skill gaps to drive organizational growth and success.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with management and employees.

  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze HR data and propose improvements to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Native Polish speaker with fluent English (C1+) language skills.
