Job Description

  1. Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop and refine product features and requirements.
  2. Gather and document user requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
  3. Translate procurement needs into features and assist in maintaining the product backlog.
  4. Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation, provide training and support to end-users.
  5. Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption and integration of new processes and systems.
  6. Prepare test plans, testing coordination, and quality assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar, preferably in the procurement domain.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Procurement process understanding.
  • Agile methodologies experience will be a plus.
