We are seeking a Product Development Lead to join our Cross Domain Customer Experience Squad Team at William Hill. This role involves leading the ideation and development of features to improve customer journeys, customer experience, and usability across all core domains.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Product Manager who can work closely with business owners, product colleges, and stakeholders to identify needs and gather requirements. The ideal candidate will have significant proven working experience as a Product Manager using Agile methodology, with expertise in Internet and mobile technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing the customer experience product's roadmap and vision
  • Working with Customer Research, Design, and Data to analyse customer requirements and align them with strategic business goals
  • Defining high-level business requirements and prioritising features and work plans derived from business cases
  • Leading product aspects across all product phases
  • Writing detailed requirements and collaborating with Product Owners to bring features to life
  • Working with various organisational units (marketing, R&D, UX/UI designers, BI, etc.)
  • Breaking down initiatives, problem statements, or feature requests into actionable pieces of work that bring value and align with strategy
Requirements
  • Proven working experience as a Product Manager using Agile methodology
  • Great communication skills with experience working with numerous interfaces and matrix management
  • Business-oriented, data-driven with high analytical skills and creative thinking
  • Independent working abilities with the ability to drive processes and demonstrate autonomy and accountability
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry and B2C core products
